Meet our Staff


Carolyn King-Marcus

Carolyn is our program director. She has had 24 years of working with the Developmentally Disabled community. She oversees all activities and interactions at OWL. She is never to busy to talk to a client about their thoughts, or discuss necessary parts of the program with her staff. Caroyln is compassionate, understanding, open-minded, and genuinely caring authority. 

Fun Fact: I have played, coached, and officiated in 3 different sports for more than 20 years.  

Heather Light-Sheppard

Heather is OWL's Human Resources Administrator, Financial Executive and CO-Director. 

Fun Fact: I love all animals! I'd feed them all if I could!

Ronda Tyrrel

Ronda is our Day Hab Supervisor at OWL. 

Fun Fact: My superpower is patience!

Julie Vega

Julie is our Administrative Assistant. 

Fun Fact: I've jumped out of perfectly good airplanes twice.

Assian Khan 

Assian is a Direct Care Provider for Residential and Day Hab. 

Fun Fact: I love the color Fushia!


Ashlee Light 

Ashlee is a Direct Care Provider and an Office Assistant at Day Hab.

Fun Fact: I love my JoJo bows! I have a love for dolphins after watching Dolphin Tale. Winter will always be my inspiration. I am also part of the LGBTQ+ community. I've Wyoming Miss Amazing for the last 5 to 6 years.

Ash Garcia

Ash is a Direct Care Provider at Residential and Day Hab. 

Fun Fact: I'm fun, silly, and love to laugh! I'm a singaholic and am aways prepared!

Maggie Schultz

Maggie is a Direct Care Provider for Residential and Day Hab. 

Fun Fact: I take on everything with a smile and bubbly personality. I love kayaking and raced the Desert 100 in Odessa, Washington in 2017. I like to race dirt bikes and helped with a turtle rescue in Washington.

Colette Kocher

Colette is a Direct Care Provider at Residential and Day Hab.

Fun Fact: I have 5 kids, 5 dogs and 5 grandkids with one on the way!

Misty Ballard

Misty is a Direct Care Provider at Cloud Peak Residential. 

Fun Fact: I like to cook and make my own food challenges.
