Carolyn King-Marcus is our program director. She has had 24 years of working with the Developmentally Disabled community. She oversees all activities and interactions at OWL. She is never too busy to talk to a client about their thoughts, or discuss necessary parts of the program with her staff. Carolyn is a compassionate, understanding, open-minded, and genuinely caring authority.

Fun Fact! I take on everything with a smile and bubbly personality. I love kayaking and raced the Desert 100 in Odessa, Washington in 2017. I like to race dirt bikes and helped with a turtle rescue in Washington.
