Carolyn brings over 20 years of experience working with the developmentally disabled community to her role at OWL. As the overseer of all activities and interactions, she is always available to listen to clients, address their thoughts, and collaborate with her staff on program needs. With her compassionate, understanding, and open-minded approach, Carolyn is a truly caring leader who creates an environment of trust and support for both clients and staff alike.
Heather Light-Sheppard
Heather brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her roles at OWL. With a keen eye for organizational needs and a compassionate approach to leadership, Heather is always available to support employees, address concerns, and collaborate on program development.
